Looks like the Milk Man is finally breaking away from O.J. (other John) and striking out on his own. Not that he’s severing all ties. Nope, JohnCow is still raking in the moola. Not just for himself either, for his readers as well. After the success of his blog, it’s a pretty good bet he knows about making money online.

The Milk Man knows that you have to spend money to make money, but you don’t have to spend your money. Somehow he’s talked his web hosting provider into putting up $500 as a prize, for the second time. All the rules can be found in the cow’s barnyard, err… blog.

How would I spend that $500?

I’ll admit, I’d be tempted to spend it on crap I don’t really need. Who wouldn’t? What I need to do is follow in the cows footsteps. (Insert poop joke here.)

What I need to do.

  • I need to hire Hyder, they guy that came up with the Milk Man’s great new design.
  • I need to promote my site.
  • I need to give away something cool.
  • I need to build traffic.

Would $500 cover all that? Nope, but it would be a start.
